Our Brief
When we first met with Mark Fenner, the founder of FTP Training, he was at a crossroads with his company. He had a wealth of knowledge and experience in training athletes, but he was struggling to take his business to the next level. His goal was to expand his team of coaches, improve his company’s systems, and increase visibility for his brand.
Complete X was brought on board to help FTP Training achieve these goals by providing expertise in company systems, scalability, financial management and marketing.
Additionally, Complete X was tasked with helping to create a more polished and professional image for FTP Training through social media and video production. In short, our brief was to help FTP Training’s founder Mark Fenner to scale-up and expand his business, and make it more efficient and effective, in order to reach more athletes and help them reach their goals.
